Kashmiri chilli has an unbeatable vibrant red colour, aromatic fragrance, mild in heat and beautiful spicy flavour. The chilli powder has the most vibrant red colour among all chilli variety and often use as the colouring agent in tandoori chicken.
The chilli powder is so bright red you don’t need extra colour to colour your food especially when you are making tandoori chicken! The powder is both hotter and redder that makes a perfect spicy ingredient for your cooking.

They are very easy to grow & easy to maintain. This plant will continuously produce chilli during warmer months. Seeds need minimum 20°C to germinate. With a proper care in frosty time this will survive up to 3 years. Soak the seeds in water for a few hours before planting and sow them around 8mm deep in a sunny, well-drained position. Germinates between 2-4 weeks. Grow indoor in extreme weather condition and then transfer when mature enough to survive.
