Indigo Rose: A Dark Blue, Purple, Red & Black Tomato – 5 Seeds

I got limited number of seeds. They are a very RARE variety, so don’t miss out!

Indigo Rose is a dark blue, purple, red & black tomato breeder by the Oregon State University, USA!

It is the first high-anthocyanin tomato commercially available anywhere in the world. The anthocyanin creates quite a vibrant indigo, almost green to blue skin then purple to dark red & black fruit.

The tomato’s purple color occurs on top part of the fruit by the sunlight, and the shaded bottom parts remains green when young and turns deep red when mature. The fruit is juicy inside and has a balanced flavour.

They are very easy to grow & easy to maintain. The photo you are viewing is a snapshot from the plant.

Best time to sow seeds after frost. Seeds need min 20°C to germinate. Soak the seeds in water for a few hours before planting and sow them in a sunny, well-drained position. Germinates in 2 weeks.

Due to quarantine restrictions, seeds can’t be sent to Tasmania.
