Gotu kola (Centella asiatica) has been used as a medicine for thousands of years in India, China, and Indonesia, particularly for healing wounds, improving mental function and treating the symptoms of leprosy. It even has a reputation for promoting longevity.
Gotu kola has been shown to:
• increase the strength of the dermis and increased keratinisation (healing) of the epidermis of the skin
• stimulate blood vessel growth into connective tissue
• increase antioxidant and collagen concentration in wounds and stimulate wound healing
• enhance production of mucin, hyaluronic acid, and chondroitin sulfate, all required for connective tissue, skin, hair, nail and joint repair and growth
• exhibit anti-anxiety activity and enhance mental function
• have anti-inflammatory activity
Historically, gotu kola has been used for chronic skin conditions (including psoriasis and leprosy), abscesses, syphilis, hepatitis, gastric ulcers, rheumatism, mental fatigue, epilepsy, diarrhoea, fever, and asthma.

Gotu kolas native environment is a swamp, it likes warm temperatures, lots of water, a reasonable amount of nutrients and dappled sun to full shade. It will quickly wilt and yellow if left to dry out, or the sun is too harsh, but very often they will recover if quickly drenched with water and a weak seaweed solution, for the next week or two.

They are very easy to grow & easy to maintain. Need less watering. This is the leafy variety, so cut the leaf only when you need. After a week the plant produce new leafs again.
Best time to sow them after frost. Seeds need min 15 °C to germinate. Soak the seeds in water for 7/8 hours before planting and sow them in a sunny, well-drained position. Germinates between 2 – 3 weeks.

This beautiful & rare variety of Coriander is native to Mexico. Young leaves are used for cooking to add beautiful flavoured aroma to any kind of food and soup. They are very easy to grow & easy to maintain. Need good watering during warmer months. This is the leafy variety, so cut the leaf only when you need. After a week the plant produces new leafs again.
It is also used extensively in Thailand, India, Vietnam, Laos, and other parts of Asia as a culinary herb. It dries well, retaining good colour and flavour, making it valuable in the dried herb industry. The leaves is used in traditional medicine for burns, earache, fevers, hypertension, constipation, fits, asthma, stomachache, worms, infertility complications, snake bites, diarrhoea, and malaria.
Growing Instructions:
Seeds need min 15°C to germinate. Sow them in 5mm deep in a sunny, well-drained position. Grow them in full sun will or part shed and space plants about 8 to 12 inches apart in soil that is well drained. Germinates between 2 – 3 weeks.
