They are very easy to grow & easy to maintain. The strong healthy plant can produce your veggie need up to 3 months. They really like cow manure & mushroom compost.

They are edible & really delicious. They eat like spinach and also called Chinese spinach. They are very rich in vitamin A, vitamin C, & iron. It is low in calories by volume, but high in protein per calorie. The succulent mucilage is a particularly rich source of soluble fiber. Among many other possibilities, they are used to thicken soups or stir-fries with garlic and chilli peppers.

Best time to sow seeds after frost. Seeds need min 20°C to germinate. Sow them 2/3mm deep in a sunny, well-drained position. Keep moist & they germinates within 7 days. Enjoy your harvest approx in 40 days.
