    They are very easy to grow & easy to maintain. You don’t need 2/3 square metre of space to produce your required weekly spinach. Now you need only half square metre of space to produce with this high yield variety. Sow the seeds 5 to 6 inch apart and them watch their vigorous growth!!!
    This is a leafy variety, so cut the leaf only when you need. After a week the plant will produce new leafs again!!! Use Seasol or similar organic fertilizer for best result. The leaves are very crispy and very delicious!!!
    Plant a few Onion or Garlic in your garden bed. They will keep a few insects away. They will act as natural pesticides!!! No bugs! so your leafy vegetables will look fresh!!!
    This spinach is high in vitamin A, vitamin C, iron, and calcium. It is low in calories by volume, but high in protein per calorie. The succulent mucilage is a particularly rich source of soluble fiber. Among many other possibilities, Spinach may be used to thicken soups or stir-fries with garlic and chili peppers*.
    Best time to sow seeds after frost. Seeds need min 15 °C to germinate. Soak the seeds in water for a few hours before planting and sow them in 10mm deep in a sunny, well-drained position. Germinates between 10-14 days. Sow them 5 – 6 inch apart. Enjoy your harvest approx 60 days.
